✔ Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

❌ Opened or used underwear and intimate wear
❌ Products without original tags or packaging
❌ Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery
❌ Clearance, discounted, or final sale items (if applicable)


3. Underwear & Intimate Wear Policy

Because PamukPrime offers underwear and intimate essentials, special hygiene rules apply.

Underwear items may be eligible for exchange only if:

✔ The product remains unused and unworn
✔ The item is unopened or sealed (if applicable)
✔ The product is returned in its original packaging with tags attached

Underwear items are eligible for replacement or refund only if:

✔ The wrong item was delivered
✔ The product arrived damaged or defective
✔ There was a packing or order error from our side

For hygiene reasons, opened, worn, or used underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

✔ An incorrect item
✔ Missing items from your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
